4.2 Product Listing

The one-click product listing flow is shown below:

Steps: Log in to your Dropwiz account >> Click "Find Products" to search for the products you want to sell in your TikTok store >> On the product details page, click the TikTok icon to list the product >> Proceed to bind logistics and shipping fees in your TikTok store backend.

After store authorization, please ensure that you first set up a shipping template in your TikTok Shop backend to guarantee that products can be listed successfully.

If you want to list products on other platforms, you can click the [Download Icon] on the Product Details page to download the product data package and manually list the products, as shown below:

1. Shipping Templates and Warehouses

The shipping template specifies the shipping address and fees, which are essential for product listing. Please first create a warehouse in your TikTok Shop backend, then create a shipping template based on the warehouse, and finally list the product while selecting the appropriate shipping warehouse.

（1）How to view the shipping template on Dropwiz?

For filling out the shipping template, please refer to the Product Details page on the corresponding Dropwiz marketplace. Ensure that the TikTok shipping template matches the shipping template provided for the product on the Dropwiz platform.

Tips：

It is recommended to name the warehouse and shipping template in your TikTok Shop backend using the Shipping Template ID from the first row of the Dropwiz shipping template. If other products later display the same ID, it means they use the same template, and you won’t need to set it up again—simply select the warehouse and template corresponding to that ID.

（2）How to set up a shipping template in the TikTok Shop backend?

Step 1: To add or edit a warehouse, go to My Account >> Seller Profile >> Warehouse/Pickup Address.

Step 2: To set a shipping template for the warehouse, navigate to the left menu bar and select Shipping >> Shipping Templates.

1. Listing Products in Your TikTok Shop

（1）How to List Dropwiz Products on My TikTok Shop?

After completing the steps above, select a product in Dropwiz, go to the product details page, and click the [TikTok] icon to choose your authorized store. Once done, the product information will be synchronized with your TikTok Shop backend.

Next, please proceed to the TikTok Shop backend to edit the product information and bind the logistics and shipping fee template.

（2）How to Edit Product Details and Link the Shipping Template in the TikTok Shop Backend?

In the Global Product Management page of your TikTok Shop, you can view the product you just uploaded. After editing the product details, click [Publish] to submit it for listing and sale.

Tips:

❗❗Do not modify the "Variation Name" or "Option" fields in the product information! Doing so will change the product ID, causing the product to lose synchronization with the information on the Dropwiz marketplace. Similarly, do not create new product variations for the same reason.

Before listing the product, make sure to update the product price and stock, and check if the product name, images, or description need modification. Once finalized, click Update to submit for review. Upon approval, the product will go live for sale.

After the product is successfully listed, your orders will automatically sync with the Dropwiz marketplace, and when a product is sold out, its inventory will also be automatically updated to 0 on Dropwiz.

（3）How to View My Distributed Products in Dropwiz?

You can view the products listed on TikTok Shop in the [Product] page of the Dropwiz marketplace to check the latest inventory information and the listing status of your products.
