5.3 Orders Page

When you access the Orders page, you can view the status and details of your orders.
Log in to the Dropwiz marketplace and navigate to the Orders page.
Features 1: Dropwiz marketplace orders have five statuses: "Awaiting payment", "Unknown order", "Awaiting shipment", "Supplier Shipped", and "Canceled".
"Awaiting payment" : Refers to synced orders that are awaiting payment.
"Unknown order": Refers to orders automatically captured by the system where the product information could not be matched with the data in Dropwiz. You can manually link the product to Dropwiz using the item code.
"Awaiting shipment" : Indicates that the supplier has not yet shipped the order.
"Supplier Shipped" : Means the product has been shipped and is currently on its way.
"Canceled" : Indicates that the order has been cancelled either by you (or your buyer) or by the supplier for some reason, and the order is now closed.
Feature 2: On the Purchase Orders page, you can also view details such as your store order number, Dropwiz order number, order time, shipping location, and payment amount.
Feature 3: On the right side of each order, there are two buttons: [Pay] and [View Details].
"Pay" : You can make a payment for the order here.
"View Details" : You can view the order details and shipping information here.
